Southbound Mound Road from 14 Mile to 16 Mile roads will have three lanes closed Thursday into Friday afternoon as part of the ongoing construction project, according to the Macomb County Department of Roads.Access will be maintained to residential and commercial properties throughout the project, which is scheduled to be completed by Nov.
