A 28-year-old Harrison Township man must appear in Macomb County Circuit Court for one of two alleged road-rage incidents about a month apart in the county.Joshua Books was bound over Monday by Judge Lucido of 41B District Court in Clinton Township on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and reckless driving following a second day of a preliminary examination.
