Galen Duffy took the scenic route to get to her dream job, behind the wheel of a minibus at Colorado Craft Tours. "I started at William and Mary (in Williamsburg, VA), where I met my husband, but I didn't really know what I wanted then or what I was doing. I was just there because that's what you do next," said Duffy, who later transferred to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and got her history degree while her husband was stationed at Fort Bragg. Between the college experiences, long before moving to Colorado Springs, Duffy took some time off to study pastry arts, and discover her "formal foodie love," at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City.
