LI home prices rise; Suffolk prices rise the most in a more than a decade

Homes in Suffolk sold for a median price of $370,000 in May, up 10.4 percent from a year earlier, while in Nassau, the median price of homes increased by 8.1 percent to $519,000, the Multiple Listing Service of Long Island reported Thursday.
