Elections results produce winners and runoffs

STOCKTON — Pat Withrow has defeated Steve Moore to become San Joaquin County’s sheriff-elect.With 100 percent of the precincts reporting, the 56-year-old Withrow ended with 30,762 votes (58 percent) to Moore’s 21,976 votes (41.49 percent). The results in the two-person race mean there is no need for a runoff election in November.Other races decided Tuesday night were for San Joaquin County Supervisorl districts 2 and 4.
