A Detroit man faces one count of first-degree retail fraud for allegedly stealing merchandise from the Target store in Bloomfield Township.According to Bloomfield Township police, on May 30 store employees saw Andre Maurice Blackburn, 27, place several electronics into a bag and walk out without paying for them.
