Former Eastpointe DPW superintendent accused of hacking city computer

The former Eastpointe Department of Public Services superintendent was charged Wednesday with hacking into city computers in April.David Anthony Pry was arraigned before in 38th District Court Judge Carl Gerds III on two counts; the use of computers -- unauthorized access, which carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison, and a charge of using computers to commit a crime.
