GOSHEN - The last two of 16 defendants pleaded guilty on Thursday in Orange County Court in a drug-ring takedown that state prosecutors dubbed “Operation Yellow Brick Road.”Prosecutors say the group sold significant amounts of heroin and cocaine in Newburgh, as well as elsewhere in Orange and Ulster counties.
