Walking clubs offer incentives beyond physical fitness

Walking is an easy, low-impact way to stay healthy, flexible and mobile. It's so popular that 145 million adults include walking as part of their healthy lifestyle, and 62 percent report walking 10 minutes or more each week, according to the Centers for Disease Control.While walking is a great way to stay fit, doing the same walk every day may get stale.
