A local brewery known for its inventive beers will soon shutter both of its locations on the Front Range. Incantation Brewing, formerly known as Jade Mountain Brewery & Teahouse, announced its intent to close this week. Saturday will be the last day of business at its satellite taproom and coffee shop, located at 415 S.

In a legal dispute that is nearly identical to a case playing out in LoDo, a local landlord is accusing 7-Eleven of allowing one of its most prominent Boulder stores to become a homeless hangout, drug market and crime scene, harming the landlord’s leasing efforts. Urban Frontier, a Denver firm, owns the former Flatirons Theatre at 1091 13th St., near the University of Colorado. The building is now a 9,300-square-foot retail space. It is also “a magnet for homeless people,” according to a lawsuit that Urban Frontier filed against 7-Eleven’s corporate office on Jan.

Six more Denver-area Walgreens will shutter as the national chain continues to consolidate. Donald Trump’s big AI announcement has turned heads on both sides of the Atlantic. Trump revealed this week that OpenAI, SoftBank, and Oracle have formed a joint venture — called Stargate — that will invest $500bn in AI infrastructure. The companies said $100bn of the funding was available immediately. The rest would be deployed over the next four years.
