Juan C. Elicea, 33, of Aurora, was charged with felony driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with a blood alcohol concentration of .08 or more, no headlights when required, no insurance, improper lane use and speeding after a traffic stop at 12:37 a.m. Monday at Farnsworth and Dearborn avenues near Aurora, according to a sheriff's report.
