The Silver Line tunnel connecting South Station to the Seaport is closed after chunks of concrete fell, T officials said.Buses running on surface streets will replace tunnel service to Silver Line Way until the tunnel is cleared for safe use, said T spokeswoman Lisa Battiston.Construction on Congress Street in the vicinity of the World Trade Center Station on the Silver Line caused loose pieces of concrete to fall on to the inbound platform of the station, impacting service, Battiston said.
