SALEM, Ore. (AP) — An Oregon state senator subjected two female senators to unwanted touching and groped or gave lingering hugs to many other women working at the Capitol, according to a report released by an independent investigator. The investigation into Sen. Jeff Kruse's behavior is one of many in statehouses nationwide following a wave of sexual misconduct allegations against men in power since an October expose of movie mogul Harvey Weinstein by the New York Times.
