More charges have been filed against the Sterling Heights man who authorities believe went on a shooting spree Feb. 1, killing two at their workplaces.A warrant filed Feb. 7 charges Vernest James Griffin, 45, with two counts of assault with intent to murder, one count of felonious assault and three counts of possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony in connection with the shootout he had with Waterford Township police following the two homicides.
