Fees cut on solar installation program at HVCC

TroyA national solar energy company is partnering with Hudson Valley Community College to launch a new solar photovoltaic installation job training program.Cypress Creek Renewables, which has an office in Slingerlands, is investing $25,000 in the project, which will be announced on the HVCC campus on Wednesday.The program will help provide reduced course fees for students interested in solar job training, with a focus on recruiting women, veterans and other underrepresented groups.
