Law enforcement and the Lancaster County Coroner’s Office are investigating the case of a 3-year-old girl who died Monday. The child’s name has not been released. Lancaster Police Department officers responded to 418 Heath Circle just after noon Monday due to an unresponsive and unconscious child, according to a police department release. The child, the release said, was lying on the living room floor with no pulse.
