Stamford Attorney gets 5 years probation for stealing nearly quarter million

STAMFORD-Disgraced Stamford attorney Morris Glucksman who ended his 40 year practice in disgrace this year narrowly avoided a prison sentence after returning nearly a quarter-million dollars that he stole from his clients. Standing in a first-floor courtroom at the Stamford courthouse Monday afternoon, Glucksman, 70, apologized profusely to Judge Gary White, his family and for his actions that led to his being arrested on two different occasions by Stamford police on felony first-degree larceny charges for stealing $230,000 from the estates of two clients.
