STAMFORD — Police say they found more than seven ounces of marijuana in a locked toolbox during a traffic stop this week. Sgt. Jennifer Pinto said officer Christopher Festa saw a car run a traffic light on Summer Street about 1:30 p.m. Monday. Pinto said the driver, Candina Watson, 30, did not have a license.
