Lars Mikkelsen's kidnap drama Lost in Africa is heading for a U.S. release after North American distributor Syndicado acquired rights to a raft of Nordic and Russian feature films. Syndicado has picked up more than 20 art house and indie films from Danish sales and distribution business LevelK. It will sell the titles to U.S.
