GOSHEN - A man pleaded guilty this week to manslaughter in a March crash in Cornwall that killed a passenger in the car, Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler said Friday.Andras Geiger, 24, of Hungary, pleaded guilty on Wednesday in Orange County Court to second-degree manslaughter, a felony. Hoovler said his office will recommend a sentence of three to nine years in prison.The March 4 crash killed Mihaly Kvascka, 37, of Cornwall.
