NARRAGANSETT, R.I. — With the help of a Middletown rescue swimmer, the U.S. Coast Guard and Narragansett police, a 39-year-old Cranston woman was rescued from the waters off the rocks at the end of Hazard Avenue Wednesday night.According to Narragansett police, about 7 p.m. Wednesday, the woman and a 28-year-old Providence man were watching the waves when they were swept off the rocks by high surf.
