WILKES-BARRE — Two brothers accused of a string of robberies against taxi drivers pleaded guilty on separate charges on Monday. Ibn McClain, 17, of Wilkes-Barre, pleaded guilty to two counts of robbery in connection to the 2015 thefts, in addition to a count of aggravated assault and other charges against him.
