Andrew Cuomo's office reached out to him seeking a free private jet trip to the Virgin Islands.Just days before the humanitarian trip on September 15, which came in the wake of Hurricane Irma, Cuomo had signed a biofuel mandate bill that will benefit Catsimatidis' business that the magnate had pushed for.
