Jeremy Bloom is heading back to the slopes — this time as CEO of the X Games, the organization announced this morning.
The 42-year-old Bloom, a former Olympic skier, CU Buffs football and NFL wide receiver and three-time men’s skiing World Champion, will step aside as CEO of the enterprise software company Integrate in order to head up the action sports league, but will continue to hold a seat on Integrate’s board of directors.
“The opportunity to lead the X Games is more than just a professional milestone — it’s a deeply personal honor,” Bloom said in a statement released to the media Wednesday.
