CEDAR RAPIDS — A panel charged with recommending a new map of three districts for the Linn County Board of Supervisors was unable to reach a consensus on a plan during a Friday morning meeting.The new district map is needed as the Board of Supervisors shrinks from five to three seats in 2019.
