LIMA — A local nonprofit organization dedicated to providing residential lots to current and former military personnel is expanding its reach into Lima, and will hold a fundraiser to help more soldiers find housing. Lots For Soldiers, which is based in Celina, recently moved into the Lima area after serving military servicemen and women in other areas in northwest Ohio. “They’ve been operating in Celina for about six years, but they will go to any place where people want to move,” said Abby Goodlive, a sales manager at Lima’s Howard Johnson Inn who is helping organize a fundraiser for the nonprofit.
