When Joe Castillo's first transplanted kidney began nearing the end of its life, all six of his siblings stepped up to offer to be tested to donate theirs as a replacement. Castillo, 50 of Waterford, found a match for the kidney in his brother Chris Castillo, 44 of Dearborn. Now the family is raising funds to offset the time off from work Castillo's brother will need to take to recover from giving his kidney.
