Colorado won't charge elector who wouldn't vote for Clinton

DENVER — Colorado's top prosecutor won't prosecute an elector who refused to vote for Hillary Clinton even though state law required him to. Attorney General Cynthia Coffman on Monday announced she won't charge elector Micheal Baca. Baca was part of a group that gained national attention in December. Clinton won Colorado and judges found that state law required Baca to vote for her.
