CINCINNATI (AP) — Cincinnati State Technical and Community College says it’s suspending all sports except women’s and men’s soccer due to budget cuts. The soccer teams will play for the fall season, but the basketball, volleyball and golf teams will not. The Cincinnati Enquirer reports (http://cin.ci/2wNHr7F) the college says the suspension of most sports is only temporary. Cincinnati State President Monica Posey says the college is going through a temporary transition, as cutting sports is a part of a restructuring to keep the school affordable.
