Donald Trump said Saturday that he would not agree to a rematch with Kamala Harris, saying an October debate would be too late, the Washington Post reports. Voting has already started.” Vice President Kamala Harris accepted an invitation from CNN to debate Donald Trump for a second time on October 23.
