OTTAWA — A local business owner is attempting to shake up the school bus industry with the introduction of a fleet of vehicles that are more technologically advanced than traditional models. Brian Barrington, owner of Titan Bus in Ottawa, is an industry veteran who is starting production on his own version of the Type A school bus, which looks similar to the traditional yellow vehicle but is a bit smaller.
