Utahns still split on new DUI law, but big majority want changes before it kicks in

Utahns are evenly split over the state’s new toughest-in-the-nation drunken driving law. But most support comes from non-drinking “very active” Mormons, while other religious categories overwhelmingly oppose it — even “somewhat active” Mormons.
