The Thunder's first Nike uniforms are here... and they're familiar

Brett DawsonThe Thunder’s new look is a lot like its old one. The team on Wednesday unveiled the first look at its new Nike uniforms, and the design hasn’t changed much from its previous home and road looks from adidas. Oklahoma City’s white uniform now is known as its “Association” look – Nike and the NBA are doing away with “home” and “road” distinctions – and still has “Thunder” across the chest. The blue – now known as the “Icon” edition uniform – still has “Oklahoma City” on the chest. The striping and logos are essentially the same as before. Both sets of shorts have “OKC” at the front on the waistband, a change from the previous iteration. As expected, the Thunder’s new look does not include the advertising patch on the jersey that is now available for NBA teams to sell.Read more on NewsOK.com
