The last of three men charged with murder in a stabbing 26 years ago at a community dance in Salt Lake City has been arrested. Viengkeo Sundara, 49, was charged in June 2016 in 3rd District Court with first-degree felony murder in the 1991 stabbing death of 25-year-old Youthaloth Oudanonh. Sundara was booked into the Salt Lake County jail on Friday and made an initial court appearance on Tuesday.
