STAMFORD-One of two teenaged boys involved in a pot rip-off that led to a 17-year-old New Britain youth being shot in the chest last November will be spending up to eight years in prison for the armed robbery. Senior Assistant State’s Attorney James Bernardi explained that the statute for armed robbery includes those involved, even if they did not pull the trigger. Police say that Savior Dominguez, 16, of Stamford shot the New Britain teen and he is also charged with armed robbery.
