Shortly after 8 p.m. Sunday, State Police received a 911 call from a person traveling on I-84 east in Middlebury who said a woman pointed a gun at them in heavy traffic. Francheska L. Texidor, 20, of Waterbury, was arrested on nine charges including operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operarting a motor vehicle without a license, carrying weapons in a motor vehicle, possesion of a large cap magazine, breach of peace, stealing a firearm, criminal use of a firearm or electronic defense weapon, threatening in the first degree and first-degree reckless endangerment.
