Holding signs that read "Bargaining in bad faith" and chanting "Hey, ho, Spranger has to go," about two dozen union officials picketed Wednesday in front of the Macomb County administration building to protest workplace practices by County Clerk Karen Spranger.Spranger, a Republican gadfly who was elected in November to succeed longtime Clerk Carmella Sabaugh, a Democrat, has come under fire from employees and elected officials since she took office in January.
