Portland hotelier Gordon Sondland, who last summer withdrew his support for a fund-raiser for then-presidential candidate Donald Trump, donated $1 million to Trump's inauguration committee. Sondland, head of Provenance Hotels, did so through four limited liability companies whose addresses match up to a home he owns, according to The Intercept, which reported the donation earlier today.
