A short time after a description of the SUV had been radioed out to patrol officers, a black BMW SUV was seen pulling out of a parking place and leaving at a high rate of speed onto nearby Crystal Street. Seeing the vehicle pull into a parking lot on Peveril Street, patrol officer Ryan McAllister activated his lights and approached the vehicle. Gallego-Gomez, of Franklin Street and Zoletto, of Tuttle Street, were charged with second-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary and fourth-degree larceny and each were held in lieu of $50,000 court appearance bonds.
