TMS recycling club benefits special education students

By Emma Crawford Kent Daily Journal TUPELO – Students in Cassie Swoope’s self-contained special education class spend most of their school days in the same classroom, but once a week they get a chance to walk the halls of Tupelo Middle School, socialize and help make their school a little greener all at once. Swoope has started a recycling club in her classroom and made it part of her students’ routine.
