Mississippi State cheerleaders show their support during Friday’s Sweet 16 game against Washington in Oklahoma City. (Kelly Price/MSU Athletics) By Logan Lowery Daily Journal OKLAHOMA CITY – Teaira McCowan isn’t accustomed to playing against anyone who can match her size in the post. In fact, the only person the Mississippi State center has ever faced who equaled her height just so happens to be Baylor’s Kalani Brown, who also stands 6-foot-7. The tall post players last played on the AAU circuit in high school but meet again tonight in the NCAA Oklahoma Regional championship game at 6:35 on ESPN with a trip to the Final Four on the line. “It’s going to be size going against size,” McCowan said.
