Serial car thief returned to Stamford after $120k Porsche vanishes in 1998

STAMFORD-After nearly 19 years, a serial car thief known for stealing high-end luxury cars while on test drives, was returned to Stamford after police said he disappeared with a $120,000 Porsche in 1998. According to Rellah’s three-page arrest affidavit, he appeared at Pray Porsche in Greenwich on the morning of June 28, 1998 and presented a bogus international driver’s permit and League of Nations Operators license identifying himself as Biagio Gambino with a Beverly Hills, California address. According to a Florida Times Union report from 2015, Rellah’s criminal career came to a swift end when he was arrested in June of that year and charged with carjacking a replica AC Cobra from a St.
