FALL RIVER — Police say two Rhode Island men died after a crash on state Route 24 in Massachusetts.A preliminary investigation by state police shows a vehicle was traveling northbound in Fall River on Sunday when it veered off the right side of the roadway and hit a tree.Authorities say the 36-year-old driver and a 23-year-old passenger, both of Providence, Rhode Island, were taken to Charlton Memorial Hospital where they were pronounced dead.
