STAMFORD — The trial for a Springdale man accused of raping a 25-year-old woman three years ago is scheduled to begin Monday at the Stamford courthouse. Darris Frazier, 30, was charged in June 2013 with first-degree sexual assault and first-degree unlawful restraint two weeks after a woman accused him of sexually assaulting her at his Hope Street apartment.
