By Paul Monies Business Writer pmonies@oklahoman.comThe Oklahoma Corporation Commission gave final approval Thursday to more than $1 million in fines to Oklahoma Natural Gas stemming from a January home explosion in Oklahoma City. The three-member commission voted 3-0 to accept a settlement between commission staff and ONG that calls for the utility to pay $1.01 million to resolve three enforcement violations.
