Should the Twins trade Brian Dozier?

Derek Falvey was officially named the Twins’ new Chief Baseball Officer on Monday. He is all of 33 years old — and he has at least that many critical decisions (if not more) facing him as he takes over a team that just finished 59-103, worse than any other Twins team since the franchise moved to Minnesota. One of the more intriguing questions facing Falvey — you could even categorize it as a good problem to have, as opposed to several bad ones — is what the Twins should do with second baseman Brian Dozier. He hit 42 home runs (tied for third in the majors), had 82 extra-base hits (tied for third in the majors) and posted a WAR (Wins Above Replacement) of 6.5 (ninth in the majors among position players.
