Another major traffic change will welcome drivers returning to work in downtown Louisville Monday morning. Ohio River Bridges Project officials said Friday that a new roadway will open by 5 a.m. Monday, Oct. 3, for those using Interstate 71 South. Those traveling from I-71 South to I-65 South will have their own dedicated lanes rather than having to merge with I-64 West.
