A man was hospitalized Saturday evening after he was shot by deputies in Adams County east of Westminster, according to the sheriff’s office. Broncos cornerback Riley Moss has been ruled out of Monday night’s matchup against the Cleveland Browns. Moss did not practice this week due to a knee injury, which he suffered in the second quarter of Week 12’s win over the Raiders. Head coach Sean Payton said the former Iowa standout injured his MCL and there were talks about getting him back in the game.
