Expect a detour next week on the Mathews Expressway’s eastbound ramp to Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway and Gator Bowl Boulevard, according to the Florida Department of Transportation. The ramp is scheduled to close from 8 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. Monday through Saturday as part of an ongoing $13 million project on the area roadways.
