WARWICK, R.I. — When Warwick Veterans Memorial Junior High School principal David Tober got a visit from a new student who was nervous about starting the school year, he sought to reassure the child."Everyone’s the new kid; I am the new kid," Tober told the student.Over the summer, Tober has gone from being assistant principal at Toll Gate High School to being the principal of Warwick Vets, which until last June was a high school.
